The lessons are made up of a maximum of 4 people so it's like having a personal trainer who dedicates himself completely to you, consequently it is impossible to perform the exercises incorrectly because Laura, very attentive, corrects you straight away. I started to see improvements from the first 5 lessons: I improved my posture, I no longer have those terrible back and neck pains (I spend 8 hours a day sitting at a desk), I feel and see my legs and my abdomen much stronger, I am happier and less stressed than usual. Given the speed with which I achieved the first results, I feel even more motivated to continue and for this I will never stop thanking Laura and all her staff!
